The Chevening Alumni Forum was held on Thursday 27th of September 2018, and organised by the Chevening Alumni Madagascar (association). This first edition was themed: “UK-Madagascar, 200-year of relationship. What has been done and what is next?”.
the event lasted a whole day and included two simultaneous activities:
- A high-level conference on the topics of International Development, Business&Investment, and Conservation to which the access was only on invitation for a total of around 200 guests.
- An exhibition to highligh the achievements of Chevening Alumni Madagascar members, and those of entities with anglo-malagasy interests; and to promote the Chevening scholarshipand IELTS certification. It was opened to the public.
